Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, 'pro-shop' condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
